One Step Closer!

So what does that mean exactly? Well, we received our Pre-approval (PA) today. The PA means that the China Center of Adoption Affairs (CCAA) has "pre-approved" our family to proceed with the adoption. In other words, it means we are one step closer. Now we wait for the CCAA to send the next approval called the Referral Acceptance (RA), which is the most important. This usually comes any time from one to four months. Since our dossier (paperwork) is already passed the review room, we are hoping sooner. It does feel good to be one step closer.
